Fuji Xerox Ranked Highest in J.D. Power Color Copier Customer Satisfaction Study for the Seventh Consecutive Year

Among Large/ Mid-size Business Users

TOKYO, August 25, 2016 - Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. was ranked highest for seven consecutive years in the Large/Mid-size business segment in the 2016 Japan Color Copier Customer Satisfaction StudySM, released on July 28 by J.D. Power Asia Pacific, Inc., a global marketing information service company.

Following the previous year, Fuji Xerox was rated as the highest in two factors that influence overall customer satisfaction (CS): products and sales representative/system introduction.

Under its CS Action Guideline, each Fuji Xerox employee is responsible for thoroughly studying customers' issues. The Company has been dedicating efforts at resolving customers' issues and creating value-not only by the sales representatives, but through working collaboratively across the company with back-office functions such as the research & development teams. The seven consecutive years of honors is the result of being recognized by customers for such efforts over the years.

In their study, J.D. Power took particular note on the relationship between customer satisfaction and the intention to purchase products from the same manufacturer again. The firm found that satisfaction level on the responses customers receive from the manufacturer's sales representatives substantially impacts repurchase intent.

J.D. Power conducted this year's studies in May, targeting business entities in Japan with 30 or more employees. It received 6,764 responses.
