Fuji Xerox Ranked Highest in J.D. Power Asia Pacific IT Solution provider Customer Satisfaction Study for Three Consecutive Years in the Document Equipment Service Provider Segment

Received the Highest Scores in All Six Study Factors

TOKYO, October 9, 2014 — Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. was ranked highest for three consecutive years in the document equipment service provider segment in the 2014 Japan IT Solution provider Customer Satisfaction Index StudySM, which were released on September 19 by J.D. Power Asia Pacific, Inc., a global marketing information service company.

In this study, Fuji Xerox received the highest scores in all six study factors that influence overall customer satisfaction; system introduction/construction, system quality, trouble shooting, costs, sales representative and service provision system.

In the study results, J.D. Power Asia Pacific reports that the number of system constructions using cloud computing services is still around 10 percent in any business category segment. Based on this fact, it also points out that service providers should appropriately propose cloud computing services by weighing their pros and cons to improve customer satisfaction.

Fuji Xerox aims to address its customers' business challenges by leveraging its cloud services. As a company with the industry's highest reputation, it continues to offer best suited IT solutions for them.

J.D. Power Asia Pacific conducted this year's studies in July, targeting business entities in Japan with 50 or more employees. It received 2,280 responses for the document equipment service provider segment.
