TOKYO, August 16, 2012 — Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. received the top ranking in the Multifunction Devices category of the 17th Customer Satisfaction Survey by Nikkei Computer, an information technology magazine published by Nikkei BP. The company has received the number one rank for three consecutive years since the Multifunction Devices category was added to the survey.
The Multifunction Devices category evaluates the following eight criteria; hardware performance and features, hardware reliability, hardware price, ease of operation and management, initial support, reply to inquiries, troubleshooting, and service fees.
Fuji Xerox will continue its efforts to achieve higher customer satisfaction by delivering quality services that help solve customers' business challenges, including achieving higher business efficiency.

Conducted from May 7 to June 13, 2012, this customer satisfaction survey was planned by Nikkei Computer of Nikkei BP and conducted by Nikkei BP Consulting. The survey targeted computer-using corporations and received 1,407 valid responses. Measured in the survey were satisfaction levels of various services provided by IT vendors such as system architecture and operation, as well as hardware/software products such as servers and ERP packages. The survey is conducted every year, this year being the 17th.
