Fuji Xerox Announces New Directors, Auditors, and Responsibility Changes of its Corporate Officers

TOKYO, June 28, 2012 — Fuji Xerox announces the following new appointments decided at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 21. The changes are effective as of June 21. It also announces changes in corporate officers' responsibilities effective July 1.
