TOKYO, May 31, 2011 — To strengthen its lineup of monochrome printers, Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. will release a new A4 monochrome laser printer DocuPrint P300 d on June 15, 2011.
While maintaining the compact size of the previous modelNote 1, DocuPrint P300 d has a higher output speed of 30 pages per minute (ppm)Note 2. Equipped with the duplex-printing and network interface as standard, the new model suits the printing needs of reception work with space constraints or can be used as a shared printer in a small office environment.
Within its small body, the DocuPrint P300 d features a high-speed print engine and also outperforms the previous modelNote 1 in first print out time; around 8.5 seconds. By delivering high-speed printout in limited space, it meets the demand of reception work at medical institutions, government offices and general service providers. Furthermore, the true resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dots per inchNote 3 enables high-definition printing, making small text and curved lines clear.
Equipped with a 250-sheet paper cassette and a 50-sheet bypass tray as standard, the DocuPrint P300 d can be loaded with maximum of 800 sheets of paper, together with two optional paper cassettes that can hold 250 sheets each. Thus, the printer serves as a shared printer in a small office environment. In addition, the DocuPrint P300 d features a 150-sheet top tray as well as a rear trayNote 4 where thick paper such as envelopes and postcards can be delivered straight from the front without being curled.
