About Maintenance Services of Copiers/Printers and Consumables Supply

Fuji Xerox expresses our heartfelt sympathy to the victims and their families who suffer from the earthquake in the Tohoku District/Offshore of the Pacific Ocean. We send our prayers for earliest possible restoration as well as everybody's safety and health.

Some of our service locations and logistics centers in the afflicted Tohoku/Kita-Kanto areas have been damaged, and haven't fully recovered yet. Also, due to reduced transportation and highway regulations, we cannot deliver our products and consumables to certain areas.

Please note that such circumstances may cause delay in our responses to some customers, or that we may not be able provide our services at all. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

We are making full efforts for restoration, and would appreciate your understanding.
