About Operations of Fuji Xerox Call Centers

Fuji Xerox expresses our heartfelt sympathy to the victims and their families who suffer from the earthquake in the Tohoku District/Offshore of the Pacific Ocean. We send our prayers for earliest possible restoration as well as everybody's safety and health.

Since the quake that occurred on March 11, the number of calls from our customers to our call centers has been surging, and some customers are experiencing difficulties in getting through.

We sincerely apologize for the trouble and would appreciate your understanding in this matter.
