Earned Highest Ranking in All Four Factors
TOKYO, October 25, 2010 — Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. was ranked highest in the J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2010 Japan IT Solution Customer Satisfaction Index StudySM, which was released on October 5 by J.D. Power Asia Pacific, Inc., a global marketing information service company.
Fuji Xerox also ranked highest in the industry for both large and small/medium-sized businesses of the 2010 Japan Color Copier Customer Satisfaction Index StudySM, as well as in the 2010 Japan Color Printer Customer Satisfaction Index StudySM.
The 2010 Japan IT Solution Customer Satisfaction Index StudySM surveys business entities across Japan with one hundred or more employees on their level of satisfaction with regard to system development contractors.
The study examines four factors, respectively weighted with the degree of influence upon the level of satisfaction. The factors include contact response (25 percent), system development capability/system engineering (25 percent), project management (22 percent), and after-development support (28 percent). Among the 15 vendors evaluated, Fuji Xerox received the highest scores in all four factors.

J.D. Power Asia Pacific conducted this study during July and August through a mail survey, and received 2,639 responses from business entities that are outsourcing system development.
